摘要
目的 :了解由平原快速进驻高原 (海拔 3 65 8m) 3天内青年人静脉血血小板参数(PLT、PCT、MPV、PDW)变化 ;方法 :以EDTA -K2 抗凝静脉血为标本 ,利用SYSMEX -F -82 0血细胞分析仪检测 3 0名青年在平原、进驻高原第一天及第 3天的血小板参数 ,并与 2 0名移居青年及 2 0名世居青年进行比较 ;结果 :同平原地区比较 ,青年快速进驻高原第一天、第3天PLT、PCT降低 ,PDW、MPV增高 ,但尚无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。同龄移居、世居青年与平原地区快速进驻高原第一天、第 3天比较 ,PLT、PCT显著降低 ,PDW、MPV显著增高 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,移居者和世居者之间血小板参数无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;结论 :由平原快速进驻高原血小板参数改变是人体习服高原低氧环境的应急措施 ,检测机体静脉血血小板参数 ,可以了解移居高原人数的骨髓代偿能力和血小板代谢情况。
Objective:To assay the changes on platelet in youths acute exposed to high altitude from sea level.Methods:All subjects were divided into three groups,30 in acute exposed group,20 in migrated group and 20 in native group.The level of platelet indics.PLT,PCT,MPV,PDW were measured on the 1st and third exposing day in acute exposed group using a Sysmex-F 820 blood cell analyzer,same measures were only taken in same day in other groups.Results:The level of PLT and PCT lowed and PDW and MPV increased in acute exposed group compared with sea level,but no calcuated significant.And the lower PLT,PCT and higher PDW,MPV had a significantly difference (P<0.01) compared with that in migrated and native group.Conclusion:Platelet indics in youths can be changed greatly when they are exposed to high altitude acutively.
