阿替洛尔治疗充血性心力衰竭66例临床观察摘要

Clinic Observation of Atenolol in the Treatment of 66 Cases with Congestive Heart Failure

目的 :观察阿替洛尔治疗充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)的疗效及安全性。方法 :对 6 6例快速心室率的CHF患者 ,在常规抗心力衰竭药物治疗无效时增用阿替洛尔 ,始用剂量 2 5mg/d ,根据病人心功能和心率变化可增至5 0mg～ 75mg/d。结果 :总有效率 95 5 % ,随用药时间的延长心功能有进行性改善的趋势。结论 :快速心室率的CHF在常规抗心力衰竭药物治疗的基础上联合应用小剂量阿替洛尔是安全有效的。

Objective To observe the efficiency and the safety of Atenolol treating congestive heart failure. Methods 66 congestive heart failure cases with rapidly ventricular rate failid to the routine medicine were treated by Atenolol. The dosage at the begining was 25mg to be used per day. It could be increased to 50mg～75mg per day with the change of the cases' cardioefficiency and ventricular rate. Results The general effective rates were 95.5%. The using time is prolonger and the cardioefficiency is better. Conclusion Treating Congestive heart failure with rapidly ventricular rate, used routinely medicine of anticongestive heart failure and small dosage Atenolol used was safe and efficien.
