住院患儿死亡高峰时间分布规律探讨

Distribution of the Peak Death Period of Patient Children

目的 :探讨住院患儿死亡高峰时间分布规律。方法 :用圆形分布法对 10 5 8例死亡患儿的死亡时间进行分析。结果 :按月份统计分析中 ,死亡高蜂日为 12月 14日 ,高峰期为 8月 10日至次年 4月 19日 ;按日统计分析中平均角无意义 ,死亡时间无集中趋势 ;按时点统计分析中 ,死亡高峰时点为 1时 0 4分 ,高峰期为 17时 10分至次日 8时 5 8分。结论 :住院患儿死亡时间存在有月集中趋势及时点集中趋势 ,无日集中趋势。

Objective To study the distribution rule of the peak death period of patient children. Methods To analyze the death time of 1058 cases children by the Round distribution Method. Results The peak death date was Dec.14 and the peak death period was from Aug. 10 to the next apr.19 according to the months' statistics. The average angle was not significant and the death period had not the concentration tendency according to the dates' statistics. The peak death moment was 1:04am and the peak death period was from 17:10pm to 8:58am next day according to the death moments' statistics. Conclusion In the death period of patient children there are month and moment concentration tendencies and there is not date concentration tendency.
