目的 :总结探讨CT导向胸部穿刺活检的方法及技术要点 ,包括病材选择、定位方法、穿刺针选择、取材方法等有关问题。方法 :回顾分析 2 0 0例资料完整的病例 ,男 15 6例 ,女 44例。对穿刺活检相关因素进行分析。结果 :胸部穿刺活检穿中率为 10 0 % ,肺部、纵隔及胸膜胸壁病变活检正确率均 80 % ,并发症发生率为7 5 %。结论 :该技术安全可靠 ,并发症少 ,诊断正确率高 ,查得到明确的病理诊断 ,为临床制定治疗方案提供依据 ,具有很大的意义。为提高穿刺正确率 ,着重应提高穿刺技术。

Objective To evaluate the value of CT guided biopsy of chest lesions, and discuss the method and te technique involved. Methods Retrospective analysis was done on 200 cases of chest lesions, to investigate into the factors influencing the diagnostic accuracy. Results The accuracy of needle puncture was 100%. For pulmonary, mediastinal and pleural lesions, the diagnostic accuracy were all over 80%. The complication rate was 7.5%. Conclusions CT guided biopsy of chest lesions is safe and effective, with few complication, providing important information for clinical treatment. The improvement of method and technique can increase the success rate of needle puncture.
