创伤出血性休克液体复苏的策略与证据 被引量：12

摘要 创伤死亡病例约1／3与创伤出血性休克密切相关，进行液体复苏是基本急救手段之一，在出血控制前采用什么样的复苏策略最为合适一直在争论。本文就限制性液体复苏理念的提出、有关动物实验及临床试验证据、亚低温液体复苏及特殊液体复苏等问题做一综述。
