目的了解桶装饮用水卫生质量,为提高桶装饮用水卫生质量提供依据。方法于2012年3、5、7月随机抽取某市内桶装饮用水生产厂家若干家进行现场卫生状况调查,于不同月份该市场流通桶装水全部抽样进行微生物和理化指标检测。结果该市桶装饮用水生产厂家卫生状况较差,市场流通桶装饮用水合格率低。结论该市桶装饮用水卫生达标率较低,应加强监督管理和改变生产工艺。
