浅析神经性皮炎药物治疗的合理应用

Analyse neurodermatitis drug treatment for reasonable applications

目的根据对我院2007-2011年期间治疗的194例神经性皮炎病例进行用药分析,总结我院在神经性皮炎药物治疗方面的经验,探讨其合理用药方法。方法抽取2007-2011年期间我院神经性皮炎病例194例,按治疗用药分为外用(113例,治疗过程中只外用复方地塞米松软膏)和内服加外用(81例,外用复方地塞米松软膏的基础上内服盐酸西替利嗪)两组。对治疗结果进行分析。结果治疗2周时两组疗效相比相差不大,治疗4周后,外用复方地塞米松软膏配合内服盐酸西替利嗪的疗效明显好于只外用复方氟地塞米松软膏。结论复方地塞米松软膏配合盐酸西替利嗪能达到良好的治疗效果,内服兼外用这种联合用药的方式能更好的治疗神经性皮炎,并且可以有效的减少激素用量和副作用。

Objective From 2007-2011, we analyzed 194 cases of patients with neurodermatitis. This paper＇s summarize is the neurodermatitis drug treatment in our experience; this paper discusses the method of rational drug use. Methods Extracted 2007-2011 during our neurodermatitis cases 194 cases, according to the drugs to treat divided into external use （113 cases, treatment process for external use only compound dexamethasone ointment） and add internal and external use （81 cases, topical corticosteroid dexamethasone compound based on internal and hydrochloric acid ointment for the west polybenzoxazines） two groups and treatment for the analysis. Results The results of the treatment of 2 weeks curative effects of much fewer than two, four weeks after treatment, external use compound dexamethasone with hydrochloric acid ointment for both the west and the curative effect were significantly better than for external use only compound fluorine dexamethasene ointment. Conclusion compound dexamethasone with hydrochloric acid ointment for the west can achieve both good curative effect, internal and external use of this combination and can better treatment way neurodermatitis, and can effectively reduce the hormone dosage and side effects.
