雷米普利对原发性高血压患者左心功能及左室重量的影响

The influence of ramipril on left ventricular function and weight in patients with essential hypertension

目的观察雷米普利对原发性高血压治疗的临床疗效。方法对６０例原发性高血压患者采用雷米普利治疗，观察用药前后血压值、左室重量及左心功能。结果雷米普利能显著降低血压、减轻在室重量、改善左心功能，临床副作用发生率低。结论雷米普利是治疗原发性高血压、减少其并发症有效且安全的药物。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ramipril in treatment of essential hypertension. Methods Sixty cases of essential hypertension were treated with ramipril,The clinical effects were observed and the blood pressure velue,left ventricular weight,left ventricular function were studied comparatively before and after treatment. Results The blood pressure was reduced significantly,the left ventricular weight was decreased and the left ventricular function was improved by ramipril. The rate of clinical side effect of ramipril was low. Conclusion Ramipril is an effctive and safe medicine for treating essential hypertension and reducing its complications.
