Based on the view of generalized virtual economy, this paper first gives the reasonable definition of factor market and provides the theory foundation for factor market. Then it explores the form of factor market under the perspective of practice. Finally, this paper analyses emphatically the general rules of the evolution for the factor market. For the market, the conclusion is shown that all the complicated information will concentrate on the price and the level of market is determined by the speed of price convergence for different market.
