摘要
为及时准确地获取超高压输电线路的当前状态,提出了一种输电线路远程监测系统的实现方案;线路杆塔上安装监测终端,杆塔接地电阻、微气象信息通过ZigBee网络汇集到本地监测主机,和摄像头采集的视频数据一起打包加密,使用3G通信技术传送到监控中心;监测主机采用S3C6410 ARM11处理器,移植Linux操作系统,开发视频编解码芯片TVP5150的驱动程序,并基于S3C6410片内多媒体编码模块编写视频处理程序;设计了基于SIM5218的USB接口3G通信模块,完成了Linux下的驱动程序,实现了该模块的即插即用;该检测终端已在输电线路上示范应用,提高了线路检测的工作效率,对预防自然及人为事故起到了极大的作用。
This paper presents a remote monitoring system scheme for power transmission line to achieve the objective of getting the cur-rent state of the extra-high voltage power transmission line timely and accurately. Monitoring terminals is equipped on the line towers. The grounding resistance of the towers and the micro-meteorology is gathered by the ZigBee networks, which is packed and encrypted together with the video data captured by the camera. Then these packed data is sent to the monitoring center by the communication technology of 3G. The microprocessor of the monitoring host is S3C6410 ARM11 processor, and then Linux operating system can be easily ported to the hard-ware platform. The driver of TVP5150, a video codec chip, has been implemented, and the video processing program is developed based on the multi-format video codec module inside the S3C6410 chip. The 3G communication module used SIM5218 is designed with a USB inter-face, the driver for Linux of which has been developed as well, so the function of plug&play is achieved. The monitoring terminal has been installed on the power transmission line to demonstrate the application, indicating that the work efficiency of detecting the line is raised and it played a great role in the preventing natural and man--made accidents.
