工业无线网络测控系统OPC数据服务器的设计实现 被引量:6

摘要 为适应工业现场数据的测量要求,降低网络改造的布线成本,提出了一种工业无线网络测控系统的结构,以其为基础设计了系统中OPC数据服务器软件架构并分别通过VC++平台实现了软件的Modbus/TCP客户端、数据管理以及OPC服务器三个功能模块。最后,将开发出的服务器软件与工业无线测控系统连接,并应用于现场测试,结果表明,基于该架构下的OPC数据服务器软件向下支持多个工业现场网关的现场通信,向上支持超过30 000个数据点的连接和超过20种数据格式的发布,且运行稳定,符合工业现场的需要。 To meet the measurement requirements of the industrial field data and to reduce the wiring cost of the network transforma-tion, this paper presents a structure of a hierarchical integrated architecture for hybrid network. And based on the structure, an industrial wireless network and control system was designed and its OPC data server software is introduced. Subsequently, the three modules of the OPC server: the Modbus / TCP module, the data management module as well as the OPC module was detailed described respectively. Final- ly, the server software was linked to the wireless network system and applied to the field test. The results show that the designed OPC data server software supports the communication of multiple industrial site gateways and serves more than 30000 data tags and more than 20 kinds of data formats, and features a comprehensive and stable performance. It can meet the needs of industrial application.
