摘要
为了提高对复杂通信设备的故障检测及隔离能力,提出了一种基于某通信设备的可测试性设计(DFT)方法,包括机内测试(BIT)设计和自动测试设备(ATE)设计;BIT将传统3种方式相结合,其中维护BIT设计了5种测试模式,实现了设备功能的全面检测,ATE通过原位测试和离线测试两种模式对设备性能进行了评估;实际工程应用结果表明,该测试性设计方法可实现对通信设备的故障检测和隔离,取得了预期的效果。
Improving the fault detection and isolation abilities of the complex communication equipments, a DFT (design for testability) method based on a Certain communication equipment was proposed, including the design of the BIT (Build-In Test) and the ATE (Auto- matic Test Equipment). The BIT combined three traditional ways in which the maintenance BIT designed five test modes achieved all-a-round function detection of the equipment. The Performance of the equipment is evaluated comprehensively by the ATE using the on-line test and off-line test. An engineering application showed that these DFT methods could detect and isolate the failures of the communication equipment and obtained expectant effect.
