针刺对支气管哮喘患者细胞免疫功能的影响

Effect of Acupuncture on Cellular Immunologic Function in Patients with Bronchial Asthma

目的 了解针刺对支气管哮喘患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 将６１例支气管哮喘患者分为针刺组３２例和常规药物组２９例。在针刺配合刺络拔罐取得较好疗效的基础上，对治疗前后哮喘患者外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞的变化进行观察。结果 针刺治疗４周后，机体总Ｔ淋巴细胞（ＣＤ３）及辅助Ｔ淋巴细胞（ＣＤ４）明显上升，ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值明显改善。结论针刺可改善哮喘患者的细胞免疫功能，从根本上增强抗病能力。

To investigate the effect of acupuncture on cellular immunologic function in treating bronchial asthma. Methods: 61 patients with bronchial asthma were divided into acupuncture group(32 cases)and conventional medicine group (29 cases). The changes of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood before and after treatment were observed. Results: After four weeks of acupuncture treatment, CD3, CD4 and CD4/CD8 ratio markedly increased. Conclusion: Acupuncture improves cellular immunologic function, so essentially increases body resistance to disease.
