摘要 冠心病和牙周炎都是常见的慢性疾病,严重危害人类的身体健康。大量的研究显示,二者间存在着一定的相关性,而且可能与细菌及其代谢产物的直接作用,炎症与免疫反应,脂质代谢有关。本文就冠心病与牙周炎间的临床和生物学相关性研究进展作一综述。 Coronary Many studies indicate its metabolic product, biological relationship heart disease and periodontitis are two common chronic diseases harmful to human health. that certain association exists between them, which is probably mediated by bacterium and inflammatory and immune response and lipid metabolism. In this review, the clinical and between these two diseases is summarised.
