难治性根尖周炎的病因探讨与治疗新理念 被引量:20

摘要 根管治疗(RCT)是目前治疗牙髓根尖周病最有效的方法,但难治性根尖周炎常常在经过反复多次常规RCT后,根尖周病变仍然迁延不愈,是临床治疗的新难点。近年来,国内外学者对难治性根尖周炎的发病机制和治疗手段进行了大量研究,本文现就其病因和治疗作一综述。 Root canal therapy (RCT) has long been accepted as an effective resolution against the endodontic disease. However cases exist which can not heal after conventional RCT. They are known as refractory periapical periodontitis. Recent years, numerous studies had been done in order to uncover the causes of refractory periapical periodontitis and to find available treatment options for it. We here reviewed current opinions on the etiology and therapy of refractory periapical periodontitis.
