中药对烫伤大鼠肠粘膜和血浆 NO、MDA含量的影响

Influence of Chinese Drugs on NO and MDA in Plasma and In Intestinal Mucose of Burned Rats

目的 观察中药四君子汤加味对烫伤大鼠肠粘膜和血浆一氧化氮（ＮＯ）和丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）含量的影响。方法利用大鼠背部复制 ８ｃｍ ｘ ４．５ｃⅢ°烫伤模型，分为三组。烫伤治疗组于致伤后 １２ｈ开始管饲中药煎剂，每１２ｈ１次至动物活杀；烫伤对照组和正常对照组管饲蒸馏水，于饲药后３、５、７、９ｄ活杀，取标本，分别检测血浆和肠粘膜ＮＯ和ＭＤＡ。结果 中药四君子汤加味可明显降低烫伤大鼠血浆和肠粘膜ＮＯ和ＭＤＡ含量。结论中药四君子汤加味对减轻烫伤后肠粘膜的损伤应有积极的作用。

To observe the influence of Chinese drugs (modified Sijunzi decoction) on NO and MDA iii plasma and in intestinal mucose of burned rats. Methods: The rat models with 8cm × 4. 5cm Ⅲ degree burn on background were randomly divided into 3 groups: 411e burned treatment group were administrated Chinese drug by tubular feeding every 12 hours, the burned control group and normal group were given distilled water. The activities of NO and MDA in plasma and in intestinal mucose were determined at 3, 5, 7 and 9 days after burned. Results: The levels of NO and MDA were lower significantly in burned treatment group than in burned control group. Conclusion; Chinese drugs are beneficial in reducing injury of the intestinal mucosa after burned.
