咀嚼肌肌球蛋白重链构型改建的影响因素

摘要 肌球蛋白重链(MyHC)是肌纤维的重要组成部分,是产生肌力的重要结构,具有多种不同的构型,不同构型的MyHC具有不同的生理机械性能。咀嚼肌各部位的MyHC组成不同,MyHC纤维会在特定的条件下发生构型的相互转换,以适应不同生理活动的需求。本文对咀嚼肌MyHC构型改建影响因素以及MyHC改建分子机制的相关文献作一综述。 Myosin heavy chain (MyHC) is an important structural component of muscle fiber which is crucial for muscle force generation. There are different MyHC isoforms and each isoform has its own biological and mechanical properties. Masticatory muscles are involved in many biological activities. Therefore, the MyHC isoforms would transform mutually to adapt to those complicated muscle force requirements. This review will conclude influencing factors and molecular mechanisms of masticatory muscle MyHC isoform transformation.
