本文针对杭州市建设第二水源工程,论述了杭州城市水源地现状和存在的问题及建设第二水源工程的必要性,简述了境内潜在水源地的特点,并从水量、水质、防洪、环境影响、系统可靠性、能耗和工程投资等方面进行分析比较,得出千岛湖是杭州市实施多水源战略的最佳第二水源地。

The construction of municipal multiple-source water supply pattern is a major and urgent task relating to city water supply public safety. The paper discusses the status and existing problems of Hangzhou municipal water source as well as the necessity of building No. 2 water source project aiming at construction of No. 2 water source project in Hangzhou. The paper describes the characteristics of potential water sources within the territory, and conducts analysis comparison from the aspects of water quantity, water quality, flood control, environment influence, system reliability, energy consumption, engineering investment and the like. It is concluded that Qiandao Lake is the optimal No. 2 water source for implementing municipal multiple-source strategy in Hangzhou.
