摘要
本文介绍了基于西门子S7-300可编程控制器(PLC)的海水过滤器反冲洗自动控制系统的硬件配置、程序设计,以及海水过滤器反冲洗的控制流程。该系统具有参数调整方便、滤芯冲洗彻底、冲洗再生周期短,以及安全可靠、操作简便、维护方便等特点。该系统的应用提高了水循环利用的效率、缩短了过滤时间、降低了能耗,对水循环利用系统的正常运行起着关键性的作用。
This paper describes the hardware configuration and program design of seawater filter backwash automatic control system based on Siemens S7-300 programmable logic controller (PLC) as well as control process flow of seawater filter filtration backwash. The system has the characteristics of convenient parameter adjustment, thorough rinsing of filter element, short rinsing regeneration cycle, safety, reliability, easy operating, easy maintenance and so on. The application of the system improves the efficiency of water recycling and utilization, shorts the filtration time, reduces energy consumption, and plays a critical role in the normal operation of the water recycling system.
