摘要
珊溪电厂桥机由于电气元件老化、控制原理落后等原因造成设备运行故障率高、操作失灵、双机并车运行不同步等问题,严重影响了桥机的安全稳定运行,机组检修起吊发电机转子时存在较大的风险。通过机械大修和电气改造,实现了设备的长期安全运行。
Shanxi Power Plant bridge machine causes problems of high failure rate in equipment operation, malfunctioning, asynchronous double machine parallel operation and the like due to reasons of aged electrical element, lagged control principle and the like. The problems seriously affect the safe and stable operation of the bridge machine. Larger risks are generated when the generator rotor is lifted due to set examination and repair. Long-term safe operation of the equipment is achieved through mechanical overhaul and electrical transformation.
