摘要 城市经济快速发展的过程中会产生大量的工业污染物,分析城市经济发展与工业污染物排放的关系对于城市的可持续发展具有重要意义。本研究提出了GPI指数,并根据2011年城市环境统计公报、环境状况公报与国民经济和社会发展报告,选取了全国三类23个城市,运用数理统计等方法,主要针对工业COD、SO2、固体废物,计算了23个城市的GPI工业COD、GPI工业SO2、GPI工业固废指标值。根据GPI曲线可知GDP与GPI总体呈波动的负相关关系。研究结果表明,GPI能够衡量城市经济发展与环境污染的状况,为科学评价经济与环境的协调发展提供依据。 The rapid development of urban economy will generate large amounts of industrial pollutants, and therefore, the analysis on relationship between urban economic development and industrial pollutant discharge is of significance for the sustainable development of cities. This study proposes General Progress Indicator (GPI), according to 2011 Statistical Bulletin of Urban Environment, Environmental Situation Report and National Economic and Social Development Report. This article mainly focused on COD, SO2 and solid wastes, it selected and calculated GPI industrial COD, GPI industrial SO2 and GPI industrial solid waste index value from three types of 23 cities across the country by methods such as mathematical statistics. According to the GPI curve, there was a negative correlation between the fluctuations in generally compared with GDP and GPI. The results show that GPI can measure the status of urban economic development and environmental pollution, and provide the basis for the scientific evaluation of coordinated development of economy and the environment.
