摘要 拟建项目位于松花江中游是鱼类重要通道的江段.是连接松花江下游与上游的鱼类活动、交流的通道,是黑龙江和松花江下游一些洄游鱼类上溯至上游产卵的通道。建坝后由于阻隔影响,将丧失松花江中游鱼类重要通道的作用,因此在枢纽处建立鱼道是必要的。根据江段的自然条件而确定过鱼设施方案及其相关参数。 The project is located in the middle stream of Songhuan River, an important channel for the migration fishes from upper and downstream of both Songhua River and Heilongjiang River to breeding and spawning. The dam of the proposed project will block the breeding migration of fishes and hinder the function of this passageway. So it is necessary to construct a fishway. The design and related parameters of fish passage facilities should fully consider the natural conditions of the site of this project.
