灯盏花素注射液辅助治疗老年脑梗死的临床研究

Clinical value research on Dengzhanhuasu injection in treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction

目的探讨灯盏花素注射液治疗老年脑梗死的临床应用价值。方法将2010年3月至2011年9月诊治的76例脑梗死老年患者随机分成两组:实验组38例;对照组38例。对照组单纯给予奥扎格雷钠治疗;实验组则再给予灯盏花素注射液治疗。观察比较两组的临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分、血液流变学的变化情况。结果实验组患者的总有效率显著性高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗2周、4周、6周后的神经功能缺损评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后的低切ηb、高切ηb、ηp、Fbg、EAI、EDI指标水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床应用灯盏花素注射液辅助治疗老年脑梗死的药效显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical value about Dengzhanhuasu injection for treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Totally 76 cases of elderly cerebral infarction patients admitted to hospital from March2010 to September 2011 were randomly divided into two groups, control group（ n =38） and treatment group（ n = 38）. The con- trol group was treated with sodium ozagrel only, but the treatment group was also treated with Dengzhanhuasu injection. The clinical effects, the score of NIHSS, and the changes of hemorheology in two groups were observed and compared. Re- suits The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0. 05） ; The score of NIHSS after treated two to six weeks in the treatment group were significantly lower than those the control group （P 〈 0. 05） ;The index value ofqb＇qp, Fbg, EAI, EDI after treated in the treatment group were significantly better than those the control group （P 〈 0, 05）. Conclusions There is a significant clinical effect of Dengzhanhuasu injection in the treat- ment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.
