咳嗽变异型哮喘与支气管哮喘的相关性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的对咳嗽变异型哮喘与支气管哮喘的相关性进行进一步研究。方法选取2003年12月至2004年11月门诊和住院的诊断为咳嗽变异型哮喘的患者136例,建立患者就医档案,对随访档案进行整理,观察136例咳嗽变异型哮喘4年来发展为典型支气管哮喘的情况,分析其相关性。结果 136例中,经正规治疗后咳嗽停止发作2年以上86例,占63.24%;4年来仍间断发作咳嗽的22例,占16.18%;2年后发展为支气管哮喘的28例,占咳嗽变异型哮喘的20.59%。结论咳嗽变异型哮喘是一种特殊类型的哮喘,发展为支气管哮喘者比例较少。 Objective To study the correlation of cough variant asthma and bronchial asthma. Methods Totally 136 ca- ses of outpatient and inpatient diagnosed as cough variant asthma during December 2003 to November 2004 were select- ed, established the patients medical treatment file, and finished the flies of following visit in order to observe the 136 pa- tients of cough variant asthma with four years of progress and development to typical bronchial asthma and analyzed their relevance. Results In 136 cases, cough stopped attack more than two years after formal treatment was 86 cases, ac- counting for 63.24%, four years intermittent episodes of cough were still 22 cases, accounting for 16. 18%, two years later developed into a typical of bronchial asthma is 28 cases, accounting for 20. 59% o Conclusions Cough variant asthma is a special type of asthma, but the proportion of development into bronchial asthma is small.
