南疆高校少数民族大学生诉求存在问题分析及对策研究

Problems in Minority Nationality College Student Appeals of South Xinjiang and Countermeasures

和谐校园的建构是和谐社会不可缺少的组成部分,通过问卷调查法调查了南疆四所高校,包括喀什师范学院、塔里木大学、和田师范专科学校、阿克苏职业技术学院共计4000名少数民族大学生诉求表达存在的问题及原因,并提出相应的对策,使南疆高校少数民族大学生的诉求表达能够畅通。

The construction of harmonious campuses is indispensable part of social harmony. This article carries on a question- naire survey in the four universities of south Xinjiang, including Kashgar Teachers＇ College, Tarim University, Hetian Normal College, and Aksu Professional Technology Institute. It wants to explore the problems and causes of the appeal expressions of a- bout 4000 minority college students. According to it, the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures, so that the south- ern Xinjiang minority college studentsappeals expression can be known clearly.
