新型温感螺母研制与应用研究

摘要 本项目产品为纯机械结构,内部装有由永久磁铁和铁磁性材料组成的感温部件,利用铁磁性材料的导磁率随温度变化而变化的特性,选取合适的磁性材料,配合机械结构,使之在温度达到预设报警值时,永久磁铁对铁磁性材料的吸力刚好小于弹簧的弹力,从而在弹簧的作用下感温螺丝的上帽弹起,做出报警指示。当温度下降时也维持在报警状态,直到巡检人员发现才能由人工复位。 The products of this item are purely mechanic structures in which some temperature-sensitive parts composed by per- manent magnet and other magnetic materials are installed. As the magnetic permeability of the magnetic materials will change with the temperature changes, proper magnetic materials are chosen and some mechanic structure is combined. When the tem- perature arrives at the point of the preset alarm, the attraction of the permanent magnet toward the magnetic materials is just less than the elastic force of the spring, the cap of the temperature-sensitive screw is bounced up, and the alarm is sounded. When temperature falls down, it still keeps the alarm state until the inspection personnel find and reset it.
