摘要
以海泡石粉末为原料,对其进行热活化处理,考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、吸附剂用量、废水初始pH、温度等对模拟含油废水COD去除效果的影响。实验结果表明:经400℃热活化后,海泡石的比表面积由247.797 m2/g增加至305.849 m2/g,热活化海泡石对模拟含油废水中COD的吸附等温式符合Freundlich方程。
In this study, the sepiolite powder was used to change its function by heat activation. The influences of factors on the removal rate of COD in oily wastewater, such as calcination temperature, calcination time, adsorbent dosage, initial pH of the wastewater, adsorption temperature were examined. The results showed that specific surface area of the sepiolite calcined at 400 ℃ increased from 247. 797m^2/g to 305. 849m^2/g, and the curves of sepiolite adsorption were able to be expressed with Freundlich isotherm equations.
