摘要
以含铜废水为处理对象,将流化床和固定床两种诱导结晶反应器进行对比试验。结果表明:当进水含铜浓度为20 mg/L时,流化床反应器出水含铜量为0~2 mg/L,出水含铜量在0~11 mg/L;利用SEM-EDS可以发现,流化床形成的结晶产物生长致密、晶形明确、产物纯度高,固定床形成的结晶产物在载体表面分布不均、结构疏松,纯度较低。
Comparison experiment of the fluidized bed and fixed bed has been done for copper contained wastewater treatment. When copper concentration of influent water was 20 mg/L, the effluent copper concentration of fluidized bed was 0 ~ 2 mg/L,and the fixed bed was unstable, of which the effluent copper concentration was up to in 11mg/L. And the SEM-EDS showed that the growth of crystals from fluidized bed was better and the purity was higher than that from fixed bed. Therefore, fluidized bed is more suitable for the induced crystallization process, by integrating high removal efficiency and well crystals for recycle.
