摘要
探讨了大孔树脂分离纯化双脱甲氧基姜黄素的最佳工艺。通过考察5种大孔树脂对双脱甲氧基姜黄素的洗脱及纯化性能,确定HZ801树脂为最佳树脂,并优化了该树脂分离纯化双脱甲氧基姜黄素的工艺条件。结果表明,在上样量为1g.100g-1填料,依次用50%乙醇、80%乙醇、90%乙醇梯度洗脱,异丙醇为结晶溶剂时,可得到纯度大于90%、总收率大于60%的双脱甲氧基姜黄素。
To research the optimal conditions of separation and purification for bisdemethoxycurcumin by macroporous resin, five kinds of macroporous resins were compared in their desorption and purity properties for bisdemethoxycurcumin. Macroporous resin HZS01 was selected as the best adsorption carrier,and the optimum conditions for separation and purification of bisdemethoxyeurcumin were obtained as follows: the sample a- mount was 1 g · 100 g^-1 filter,gradient elution using 50% ethanol,80% ethanol and 90% ethanol , subsequent- ly,isopropyl alcohol was used as crystallization solvent. The purity of the final product was more than 90% and the total yield was more than 60% under the optimal conditions.
