摘要
运用元认知策略指导和培养学生的大学英语自主学习能力,将课堂教学与课外指导、短期培训与长期坚持相结合,并通过制定计划、监控学习过程、评估学习活动,提高学生的元认知水平。
Under the guidance of metacognitive strategy, the cultivation of students' college English autonomous learn- ing ability should combine classroom teaching with extracurricular guidance and short-term training with long-term persever- ance, draw up plan, supervise learning process, and evaluate learning activity to promote students' metacognitive ability.
