摘要 高校辅导员职业倦怠既影响自身身心健康又影响人才培养,其成因既有客观方面也有主观方面。具体缓解路径是要优化工作环境,完善人才选聘、培训、考核和激励等管理机制,增强职业认同感,健全个体人格,广泛培养兴趣爱好,建立和谐的人际关系。 The job burnout in university counselors has a strong influence not only on their physical and mental health but also on the talents cultivation due to some objective and subjective reasons. It is concluded that the relief path can be found in the following aspects: the optimization of their working environment, the improvement of management mechanism concerned about the talents selection and recruitment, vocational training, appraisal and motivation, the enhance of their professional self-identity, the perfection of their individual per^nality, the extensively cultivation of interests and hobbies, and thc cstablishment of the harmonious interpersonal relationship.
