血液透析患者动静脉内瘘晚期失功的临床分析

Clinical analysis on late failure of arteriovenous fistula in maintenance hemodialysis patients

目的探讨维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘晚期失功的影响因素。方法收集106例动静脉内瘘晚期失功的血透患者的临床及实验室资料,以同期维持血液透析的100例患者为对照组,比较两组患者观察指标的差别。结果失功组收缩压、C反应蛋白均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血液透析患者血压过低、微炎症状态可能是内瘘晚期失功的危险因素。

Objective To investigate the influential factors relating to late failure of arteriovenous fistula in maintenance hemodialysis （HD） patients. Methods We collected clinical and laboratory data from 106 HD patients with late failure of arteri- ovenous fistula, while put 100 HD patients as control group, then compared the different of indexes between the two groups. Results Systolic blood pressure and Creactive protein of 106 HD patients with late failure of arteriovenous fistula were signifi cantly lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hypotension and microinflammation state of HD patients are risk factors for arteriovenous fistula late dysfunction.
