非手术治疗对急性阑尾炎疗效的评价

The effect of non-operational treatment in acute appendicitis

目的评估非手术治疗对急性阑尾炎的效果。方法 219例急性阑尾炎患者接受手术治疗,176例患者接受静滴抗生素治疗,观察两组疗效及并发症发生情况。结果非手术组,短期159例显效,17例无效中转手术治疗,有效率为90.3%;手术组,209例有效,有效率为95.4%;两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而非手术组远期复发率仍较高,达32.1%,与手术组比较差异有统计学意义。结论非手术治疗短期内对急性阑尾炎患者是安全有效的,但远期效果仍有待进一步提高。

Objective To evaluate the effect of non-operational treatment in acute appendicitis. Methods A total of 219 patients were undergo surgery, and 176 patients undergo intravenous drip antibiotics. To observe the effect and complication of the two groups. Results A total of 159 patients in the group of non-operational treatment were to be effective, 17 patients were received surgery in therapeutic process, the effective rate was 90. 3%. A total of 209 patients in the group of surgery treatment were to be effective, the effective rate was 95.4~. There was not significantly compared in two groups. Long-term recurrence rate of non-operational treatment was 32.1 ~, which was significantly compared with the group undergo surgery. Conclusion The non-operational treatment in acute appendicitis was effective in short time, but needed more perfection in long-term.
