苗期水分胁迫对谷子主要农艺性状的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为了研究苗期水分胁迫对谷子主要农艺性状的影响,以谷子品种张杂谷3号、张杂谷6号和冀张谷5号为试验材料,在水分胁迫和正常灌水(CK)2种水分环境条件下,分析了谷子的主要农艺性状及其与单株产量的相关关系,并根据抗旱系数比较了3个谷子品种的抗旱性。结果表明:在水分胁迫条件下,3个谷子品种的株高、主穗长、穗码数、主穗重、千粒重和单株产量均<CK,其中,张杂谷3号和张杂谷6号的株高和主穗重与其CK差异达到了极显著水平,冀张谷5号的所有性状与其CK差异均达到了显著或极显著水平;谷子的单株产量与主穗长和穗码数呈正相关,且与穗码数的相关程度达到了显著水平,与株高和主穗重呈负相关;3个谷子品种的抗旱性顺序为张杂谷3号>张杂谷6号>冀张谷5号。 Taking Zhangzagu No. 3, Zhangzagu No. 6, Jizhanggu No. 5 as the test materials, under the two water conditions of water stress and normal irrigation ( CK ) , the main agronomic traits and the relationship between agronomic traits and the yield per plant of millet were analyzed, and the drought resistance of three millet varieties was further compared according to the drought resistance coefficient. The results showed that under the water stress conditions, the plant height, length of main spike, spike code number, main panicle weight, 1 000-grain weight and yield per plant of three millet varieties were all lower than CK, and the plant height and main panicle weight of Zhangzagu No. 3 and Zhangzagu No. 6 were very significantly different from CK, all of the agronomic traits of Jizhanggu No. 5 were significantly or very significantly different from CK. The yield per plant was positive correlated with length of main spike and spike code number, and negative correlated with plant height and main panicle weight. The order of drought resistance of three millet varieties was Zhangzagu No. 3 〉 Zhangzagu No. 6 〉 Jizhanggu No5.
