安徽省中等体育运动学校现状调查与对策研究

Investigation and Countermeasure Research on the Current Situation of Secondary Athletic Sports Schools in Anhui

体育运动学校是我国竞技体育后备人才培养的主要途径和基地.文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法对安徽省中等体育运动学校的办学现状进行调查分析和论证,结论认为:1)6所中等体育运动学校分布合理,但各校项目重复设置问题较突出;2)教练员队伍整体素质亟待提高;3)生源质量有所滑坡,学训矛盾突出;4)场地设施建设各校间发展不均衡,办学资金短缺.并对其存在的问题提出了相应建议.

Athletic sports school is the main approach to cultivate the backup talents of competitive sports in china, also functions as the main base. This article uses the methods of consultation, questionnaire and mathematical statistics to analyse the current situation of Secondy Athletic Sports Schools in Anhui and prove the conclusion of this investigation. The conclusions are listed as follows： 1） the 6 athletic sports schools have a reasonable distribution. However, there exists a prominent problem, the repetitive arrangement of some sports events. 2） the teaching qualities of the professional trainers still need to be improved. 3） the qualities of the admitted students also decrease and there is a serious contradiction between studying and training. 4） the construction of the sports ground develops in an imbalanced way among these schools. Meanwhile, these schools still lack money for sports teaching. According to these problems talked above , this article also provides corresponding countenneasure.
