With the combination between theory and practice, the writer observes physical education learning and teaching strategies and elaborates on its different links, factors and their relations in teaching. The writer discriminates applications between its instructional design and practical teaching process; specifies the direction of the teaching improvements, and deepens the understanding of new courses' essence. It opens a source to study, apply and contribute to the theory, as well as to accumulate opportunities of practical wisdom in teaching.
