摘要
对构建高职院校毕业生职业成长服务期机制的必要性和意义进行了探讨，提出了实施毕业生职业成长服务期机制的保障措施。
The necessity and meaning of constructing professional development service time system for graduate students of higher vocational colleges are discussed, and the ensuring measures to execute the professional development service time system for graduate students are put forward.
