精浆中β_2-MG含量与不育症关系的探讨

EXPLORATION OF THE RELATIONS BETWEEN THE β_2-MG CONTENT IN SEMINA PLASMA AND INFERTILITY

目的 探讨β2 微球蛋白 ( β2 MG)在男性生育和不育中的作用。方法 用放射免疫分析方法对 2 2例正常生育者和 12 5例不育症患者精浆中β2 MG进行了检测。结果 不育症患者精浆中β2 MG含量明显低于正常生育者 ,二者之间存在高度显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;精浆中 β2 MG含量与精液中精子数量之间存在密切的正相关关系。结论 检测精浆中 β2 MG含量可以帮助判断男性不育症患者的状态 ,指导临床对其进行有效的治疗。

Objective To observe the role of β 2-microglobulin(β 2-MG) in male fertility and infertility.Methods β 2-MG in semina plasma was determined in 22 cases with normal fertility and 125 cases with infertility by using RIA.Results The β 2-MG content in seminaplasma of infertility was obviously lower than normal fertility, and there was a high significant difference between them (P<0.01); And there were direct ralations between the β 2-MG content in semina plasma and the sperm count.Conclusion Determining the β 2-MG content in semina plasma would be conducive to judging the cases with male infertility ,and directing clinical effective treatment for them.
