摘要
目的 探讨合欢皮对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 用相当于生药 10mg/ (kg .d)、10 0mg/(kg .d)和 50 0mg/ (kg .d)合欢皮水提取液 ,连续小鼠灌胃 6d ,检测小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞(CRBC)的吞噬率和吞噬指数 ,刀豆素A(ConA)刺激小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)和脾淋巴细胞白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )诱生的水平。结果 10 0mg/ (kg .d)合欢皮使小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率、吞噬指数和TNF诱生的水平比对照组分别增加了 11.6%、18.7%和 17.3% (P <0 .0 5) ,50 0mg/(kg .d)合欢皮使小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率、吞噬指数和TNF诱生的水平比对照组分别增了19.4 %、2 8.6%和 2 6.9% (P <0 .0 1) ;50 0mg/ (kg .d)合欢皮使脾淋巴细胞IL 2诱生的水比对照组增加了 17.2 % (P <0 .0 5)。结论 合欢皮能增强小鼠免疫功能。
Objective To study the effect of albiza cortex on the immune functions of mice. Methods The stomachs of mice were perfused with albiza cortex extractive fluid which effect was equal to the doses of 10mg/(kg.d),100mg/(kg.d) and 500mg/(kg.d) of the crude drugs for 6 days continuously to assay the phagocytic rate and index of abdominal macrophages of the mice phayocytizing chicken red blood cell (CRBC) and the induced level of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and interleukin-2 by using concanvalinA (ConA) to activate the abdominal macrophages and splenic lymphocytes.Results It was found that the phagocytic rate, the phagocytic index and the induced level of TNF of the abdominal macrophages of the mice perfused with 100mg/(kg.d) of albize cortex increased by 11.6%,18.7% and 17.3%(P<0.05) respectively over the control group,those of the mice perfused with 500mg/(kg.d) of albiza cortex increased by 19.4%,28.6% and 26.9%(P<0.01) respectively over the control group,and the induced level of IL-2 of the splenic lymphocytes of the mice perfused with 500mg/(kg.d) of albiza cortex increased by 17.2%(P<0.05) over the control group.Conclusion Albiza cortex can improve the immune functions of mice.
