42例肺癌VATS肺叶切除的疗效观察

A summary of clinic experience of 42 cases of pulmonary lobectomy by VATS in the treatmemt of lung cancer

目的 进一步探讨电视辅助胸腔镜外科 (VATS)肺叶切除治疗 期～ a期肺癌的适应证和出现的并发症等。方法 收集从 1996年 4月～ 1999年 12月以来的 42例经 VATS肺叶切除治疗的肺癌病例进行总结。结果 在选择好适应证的条件下 , 期～ a期肺癌可以完成 VATS根治性肺叶切除。 VATS手术和常规开胸术的术后并发症的发生率无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 期～ a期肺癌亦为 VATS的手术适应证 ,但术后应辅以综合治疗。

Objective\ To made a further discussion of the indication and complication of pulmonary lobectomy by VATS in the treatmemt of lung cancer at the stages of Ⅰ~Ⅲa Method\ From april 1996 to twelve 1999,42 patients with lung cancer were performed pulmonary lobectomy by VATS,the clinic material were reviewed Result Under the condition of the indications were correctly selected,radical pulmonary lobectomies were completed by VATS on the patients with lung cancer at the stages of Ⅱ~Ⅲa The incidence rate of complication in the patients treated by VATS or routine open thoracic surgery has no signifcant difference(P>0 05) Conclusion\ Lung cancer at Ⅱ~Ⅲa stages are also the indication treated by VATS,but the patients should be aided with synthesized treatmemt
