论组织学习和职工绩效之关系

摘要 文章假设,组织学习能通过不同的学习渠道或方式影响职工收入及工资等级、职位或技术等级的晋升,最终影响职工绩效。通过构建衡量职工绩效的基本模型并利用中国综合社会调查中就职于不同类型单位员工的基本资料和数据,来验证组织学习对职工绩效的影响。研究发现,组织学习与职工绩效之间存在明显的关系,但就具体的学习环节或渠道来说,其作用大小存在一定差异。
