对追随力理论中若干观点的思考 被引量:7

摘要 追随力理论是当代管理学前沿的全新研究课题,由于国外学者的研究取向不同,因而推出的研究观点形形色色。为了推动追随力理论的优化发展,立足我国组织情境,在反思国外学者相关研究观点的基础上,阐述笔者对核心概念"追随力"的本质、追随者与下属的关系、追随者的定义与定位分类以及追随者基本行为职责的观点。
