摘要
文章针对传统传输线变压器(Transmission Line Transformer,TLT)电路模型,结合传输线等效电路,给出了一种用于高重频窄脉冲的TLT改进电路模型,根据该模型推导出6级TLT的升压公式,设计并使用高压双导线和NiZn铁氧体制作出一款6级TLT。将一300V 200ns、400kHz的脉冲作为TLT输入,得到1800V的脉冲输出,升压比达到理想的6,波形基本无畸变。
Combining with the transmission line equivalent circuit, a new TLT model for high frequency short pulse is proposed in this paper. According to the new model, the voltage gain for 6-stage TLT is derived; a 6-stage TLT sample is developed with high voltage twin wire and NiZn ferrite. This TLT transfer a pulse of 300V, 200ns, 400 kHz to 1800V without much distortion.
