摘要
针对目前电梯检测过程中工作量大、平衡系数难以测量、速度和加速度测量不精确以及测量时需携带大量的测量仪器等问题,提出了一种以嵌入式ARM11 S3C6410为核心、以Windows CE 6.0为操作系统并利用了霍尔传感器和电流互感器等进行信号采集的电梯综合检测装置。阐述了系统总计设计,实现了速度信号和电流信号的信号采集和处理,利用最小二乘法对测得的电流数据进行了拟合,基于MFC的方式实现了人机交互模块并完成了其他主要功能模块和驱动的开发。
Aiming at various problems during elevator detection, such as heavy workload, difficulty in measuring balancing factor, inaccuracy in measuring speed and acceleration, and need for large quantity of instruments in the measurement, an elevator comprehensive is proposed, which uses an embedded ARM11 S3C6410 as the core, and Windows CE 6.0 as operating system, and uses Hall sensor and current transformer to acquire signal. The overall design of the system is elaborated, the signal acquisition and processing of the speed signal and current signal is realized. The method of least squares fit is used to fit the measured current data, and the development of other functional modules and drivers is completed and the human-computer interaction module is realized based on the MFC way.
