艾滋病筛查实验室工友职业暴露1例调查

One case of occupational HIV exposure in AIDS screening laboratory

对某艾滋病检测实验室1名工友发生人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)职业暴露后的调查与处理情况进行分析,并经6个月随访及5次HIV1+2-Ab检测均为阴性,从而排除HIV感染。由于艾滋病检测实验室的部分作业人员受教育程度较低,医疗专业知识比较空白,生物安全意识淡薄,职业防护能力较差,提示应针对不同专业、不同岗位的医护(技)人员进行全面、系统、深入地培训生物安全与职业防护知识,尤其需定期对艾滋病检测实验室的相关作业人员进行强化培训,以防止或减少艾滋病职业暴露的发生。

A worker in a AIDS screening laboratory was occupationally exposed to HIV, HIV infection was excluded due to the negative results of five HIV1 ＋ 2-antibody detections. This case indicated that it is necessary to conduct the comprehensive and systematic training on biosafety and occupational protection among medical workers, especially among the workers in HIV detection laboratory, because some of them had lower educational level and poor awareness of medical knowledge.
