摘要 利用CFD-ACE+对液体静压支承进行数值模拟,并与理论公式进行对比,得到的流场结果与实际相吻合;同时揭示了波动载荷作用下,频率对液体静压支承系统动态特性的影响.结果表明:波动载荷作用下,频率对油膜厚度、承载力以及动刚度有不同程度的影响.这也为液体静压支承的可靠性设计提供了依据. The use of CFD-ACE for numerical simulation of hydrostatic bearing is based on engineering practice, and the Numerical Simulation is carried out under fluctuation load. According to the results, the characteristics of the bearing capacity and stiffness of the oil film under fluctuation load is analyzed compared with the theoretical formula. The result indicates that the film thickness, bearing capacity and stiffness have different effects under Fluctuations in different frequency load. This research provides a basis for the reliability design of the hydrostatic bearing system.
