摘要
“中国梦”的提出不仅让来自中国创新的发源地的‘中关村人’想到了“中关村梦”，也让中国软件与信息产业的聚集地中关村软件园想到了它的“产业梦”。从2010年到2013年，中关村软件园的发展从第一个十年跨入到第二个十年。在这个跨越的过程中，中关村软件园也从北京科技园建设（集团）股份有限公司控股的市场孵化器，转向到中关村发展集团的管理当中。
The invention of the concept-China Dream not only reminds people of the 'Zhong Guancun dream' created about twenty years ago at the beginning of the reform, but also the incredible development of information and software industries in the north west side of Beijing city.
