高效液相色谱法测定胆石利通胶囊和片剂中橙皮苷的含量

Determination of hesperidin in capsule and tablet of Danshilitong by HPLC

目的:建立胆石利通片和胆石利通胶囊中橙皮苷的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:样品中橙皮苷用甲醇超声提取后,经ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)分离,色谱柱温度30℃,流动相为甲醇-乙酸-水(35∶4∶61);检测波长283 nm;外标法定量。结果:橙皮苷在24.42 ng～976.8 ng范围内线性关系均良好(r为0.9999),胆石利通胶囊和片剂的方法重复性相对标准偏差分别为1.9%和0.8%;加标回收率分别为99.1%和102.4%;样品溶液在30 h～34 h内稳定性良好。结论:该法简便、灵敏、可靠,可用于胆石利片和胶囊中橙皮苷的质量控制。

Objective：To establish a method for detecting the hesperidin in capsule and tablet of Danshilitong.Methods： A ZORBAX SB-C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）column was used for sample separation at 30℃ after ultrasonic extraction.The mobile phase was methol-acetic acid-water（35∶ 4∶ 61）.The wavelength was 283 nm.Results： The Hesperidin showed linear in the range of 24.42 ng^976.8 ng（r=0.9999）.The RSD of reproducibility for the capsule and tablet were 1.9% and 0.8%.The average recovery were 99.1% and 102.4% for the capsule and tablet.The sample solution was stable in 30~34 hours.Conclusion： The method was simple,accurate and high sensitive,it can be used for the quality control in Capsule and Tablet of DanShiLiTong.
