摘要
目的:探索并建立同时检测工作场所空气中铅、镉、锰及其化合物的电感耦合等离子体质谱分析法。方法:工作场所空气用微孔滤膜采集后,以压力罐消解法进行消化预处理,以电感耦合等离子体质谱法进行检测。结果:铅、镉、锰浓度为0μg/ml~0.50μg/ml时线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.999。铅、镉、锰的最低检出限分别为0.000019μg/ml、0.000022μg/ml、0.000012μg/ml。样品加标回收率铅、镉、锰分别是103.2%~105.2%、92.0%~99.0%、94.6%~104.5%,铅、镉、锰的相对标准偏差均<3%。结论:运用本法同时检测工作场所空气中铅、镉、锰及其化合物,具有良好的准确度和精密度,灵敏度高,检出限低,线性范围宽,元素之间的干扰少,方法高效可行。
Objective:To develop a method for detecting Lead,Cadmium,Manganese and their compounds in the air of workplace by ICP-MS.Methods: The samples were pretreated with pressure tank digestion method after sampling by microporous membrane.The Lead,Cadmium and Manganese were detected by ICP-MS.Results: The labeled recovery rate of Lead was between 103.2% and 105.2%.The detection limit was 0.000019 μg/ml and the correlation coefficient r was above 0.999.The labeled recovery rate of Cadmium was between 92.0% and 99.0%.The detection limit was 0.000022 μg/ml and the correlation coefficient r was above 0.999.The labeled recovery rate of Manganese was between 94.6% and 104.5%.The detection limit was 0.000012 μg/ml and the correlation coefficient r was above 0.999.The RSD of Lead,Cadmium and Manganese were all less than 3%.Conclusion: This method is accurate,precise and highly sensitive with low detection limit,wide linear range and less interference.It is applicable for detection of Lead,Cadmium,Manganese and their compounds in the air of workplace.
