摘要
目的:建立保健食品中芍药苷的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:样品用甲醇超声提取后,采用高效液相色谱法测定。色谱柱为Gemini C18(4.60×250 mm,5μm);流动相为20 mmol/L乙酸铵(磷酸调pH=3)+甲醇(70+30,v/v);流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为231 nm。结果:在8 ng~800 ng范围内呈良好线性,相关系数为0.999998,检出限为2.30 ng,精密度(RSD)为0.34%(n=6);回收率为98.1%~102.0%。结论:该方法操作简便、快速、可靠、重现性好,可作为保健食品中芍药苷的检测。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of paeoniflorin in health food by HPLC.Methods: The samples were extracted by methanol.The separation was performed on a Gemini column(4.6×150 mm,5 μm);the mobile phase consisted of 20 mmol/L ammonium acetate(adjusted with phosphoric acid to pH3.0) +methanol(70+30,v/v);the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min;the detection wavelength was 231 nm.Results: The method showed linear within the range of 8 ng^800 ng(r=0.999998).The limit of detection was 2.30 ng,with the RSDs of 0.34%(n=6).The recovery was 98.1%~102.0%.Conclusion: This method is simple,accurate and reliable,it can be used for the quality control of paeoniflorin in health food.
